Our basic packages:
A basic guide trip consists of pick up, fishing, and drop off. Guides will generally meet clients at the boat ramp, but these details can be worked out between the client and the guide for each trip. Guides will generally provide water and other beverages. Any snacks and food should be arranged between the guide and client, or brought by the client. Clients can bring their own gear, or can use the guides gear. Life jackets are provided. Costs do not include any gratuities to the guides. Trips require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Half Day Trip: $375
Generally a four hour trip from the time the boat leaves the landing or pick up location.
Full Day Trip: $500
Same as a half day trip, but trip lasts a minimum of 8 hours once on the water.
Corporate Trips:
Corporate trips are generally 4-5 hour trips and include a paper based tournament, awards ceremony, and slide show. Location of event to be determined by the corporate organizer. We can help with suggestions of potential locations that can accommodate events like this.
Pricing for corporate trips are $550 per boat up to 50 boats, and $500 per boat for any event of over 50 boats.
Kids Events:
Kids outings are available a discount over the normal costs. These trips are priced individually based on the number of kids, boats needed, etc. Great event for kids over the summer months while school is out!
Bass or Muskie Coach Program:
Coaching programs generally consist of three days of fishing with at least two different guides. Each trip includes an 8 hour day and all gear needed. Prices start at $1200 per coaching session.
For an additional cost, we will also work with our partners at Fiskare Custom Rods to have a custom fishing rod designed for coaching clients to commemorate the experience.
Weather and Refunds:
Fishing, like all outdoor activities, can be subject to unpredictable weather. Rain and wind is part of fishing, and 5 in the Well’s guides will do everything they can to make you trip a reality rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, be sure to dress appropriately bring along some rain gear. In the event of dangerous weather, 5 in the Well will reschedule your trip to a different date.
